when doin de squating,my whole thigh muscle suddenly cramp.
Thus,i cant support my self so i lie flat on a ground like
died person....

now i hav problems in standing,walking,moving around,move my hands,turn my waist,okok:DHONESTLY,i even had a problem goin to de toilet siitting down de bowl...cause de muscle near there also pain:Dhaha(same with freda)
